Backing HanseGarnelen in the acquisition and re-engineering of a shrimp farm in Northern Germany. MyFishPlant took part in the conception, design, and construction of the new Recirculating Aquaculture System (RAS). The re-engineering was essential due to the inadequate structural design of the existing system.
HanseGarnelen has been successfully operating the RAS and producing fresh shrimps since the end of 2020.

Sustainable Aquaculture – From idea to Reality
FUNDING
MyFishPlant GmbH was supporting HanseGarnelen AG’s successful fundraising for its Recirculating Aquaculture System in Northern Germany. Our team provided the business plan, financial planning, and was responsible for investor relations.
PROJECT MANAGEMENT
MyFishplant accomplished HanseGarnelen through all the project planning phases. The project management means for MyFishPlant not only the realization of the aquaculture plant, but the planning the sales, marketing, and organization strategies.
IMPLEMENTATION
After the successful re-engineering and designing of the new Recirculating Aquaculture System, MyFishPlant was involved in the realization phase and took place in the start-up operations. HanseGarnelen has been producing high-quality shrimps since the end of 2020.
