Following the takeover and reconstruction of the plant in Grevesmühlen, the new plant in Glückstadt is the second location for a regional farm for fresh HanseGarnelen (lat. Litopenaeus vannamei). The investment is in the million euro range. The nominal capacity of the plant is 85 tons annually.

DESIGN AND ENGINEERING
MyFishPlant supports HanseGarnelen in the planning of the largest shrimp farm in Europe. Tasks included concept and detailed planning of the layout, including the nursery, the grow-out, the processing, and the packaging.
PROJECT MANAGEMENT
MyFisPlant coordinates the cooperation of the interdisciplinary project team throughout the entire project. We support HanseGarnelen not only in the plant design, but during the entire construction up until the first harvest.
FUNDING
MyFishPlant was supporting HanseGarnelen AG’s successful fundraising for its RAS shrimp farms in Germany. Our team provided the business plan, financial planning, and is responsible for investor relations.
IMPLEMENTATION
Our team’s primary responsibilities include handling the RFQ procedures, supervising the construction project, and starting the new plant.
